Easy New Client Procedures

Our "New Client" procedures are the easiest in the industry! We simplify the process and TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU!
Easy as 1, 2, 3...
After initial discussions and there has been a decision to move forward, we simply follow these 3 steps!

We will overnight you a package containing the following:

  • Complete Instructions
  • Credit Application
  • Contract
  • Letter of Authorization
  • Letter of Transfer
  • Letter for your existing agency (if applicable)

Simply review and sign the contract, copy the letters onto your company letterhead, sign them, and return them to us in our self addressed envelope. We will take care of everything from there, including interacting with your previous agency or local publishers.

Upon credit approval, we will return a copy of the signed and dated contract.

You provide us with the records from your current Yellow Pages program, any necessary art files, copies of company literature and brochures, and any other material that may be helpful for us in working toward a successful cross branding strategy.


That's it!

It generally takes 30-60 days to complete a transfer from the time the contracts are signed. Contact us!
